Why over-pay for the services of a really good REALTOR?  You don't have to since Della Neely-Stout, licensed since 1984 in Louisiana, has discounted fees to her clients!  No longer do you have to pay 5,6,7+% commissions!           

The commission paid to a broker usually is two fees expressed as one number like 6% of the sales price.  Actually, it is usually split in half between the listing broker/agent and buyer's broker/agent:  ie 3% to each.  Della charges 1.69% to listing your property full services inclusive.  For the buyer's broker part Della charges 1.3% when she procurs the buyer and 2.3% if another agent is the buyer's broker/agent.  So you pay a total of 2.99% to3.99% of the sales price!  AND YOU  NEVER SACRIFICE SERVICE!
